How Laser Engraving Works

Step 1: Pick Your Gift - Engraving is FREE!
Choose one of our products from The Custom Shop by adding it to your cart.  

Step 2: Pick Your Font
Pick the font you want to use and list out what you want to say for your complimentary personalization in the Notes section at Checkout! The maximum size of your design is based on the size of the product you want to customize. Most products have a 4 line, 20 characters per line max. Shot glasses and wine and champagne tumblers have a 1 to 2 line max depending on orientation. We've got an extensive library of small graphics so if you're looking for something to spice up your design, let us know!

*All designs will be center justified, unless otherwise stated. Please make sure you explain your vision in the Notes section at Checkout!

Step 3: Receive and Approve Proof
Receive and approve your proof. We will send a proof in 1-2 business days via email for your approval. 

*Items ordered from The Custom Shop are non-refundable. Spell check is important! We do not spell check designs, so please make sure all text is spelled correctly in the proof before you approve it. Do not approve the proof until it is exactly what you want.

Things To Know:

• All of our Custom Shop products include complimentary personalization 

• All Custom Shop orders come with one proof via email and one complimentary revision. Any additional revisions will be provided for an additional fee.

• We know this is redundant but want to make sure you check the spelling. We do not spell check designs, so please make sure all text is spelled correctly in the proof before you approve it. 

Custom Design Upgrade
Want more than just some words? You can add an image, a logo, or a graphic to your personalization for an additional upgrade (per image or graphic). Follow Step 1 and 2 above and make sure to explain exactly what you are looking for in the Notes section at Checkout.
